CACI International Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Reaffirmed

04:56 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CACI International ( CACI ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $6.85 per diluted share, up from $5.93 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.15.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose to $2.29 billion from $2.06 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.25 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company reaffirmed its outlook, projecting adjusted earnings per share between $27.13 and $28.03 on revenue ranging $9.2 billion to $9.4 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $27.95 and $9.34 billion, respectively.
