04:15 PM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CACI International ( CACI ) said late Wednesday it has priced its $1.0 billion offering of 6.375% unsecured senior notes due June 15, 2033, at par of the principal amount.

The offering, expected to close June 2, was raised from $750 million previously, the company said. It plans to use the proceeds to help repay its debt.
