07:34 AM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler ( CDLR ) said Thursday it has taken early delivery of the wind keeper vessel and signed a three-year contract with Vestas for about 210 million euros ($244.5 million).

The agreement includes options that could raise the total value to over 380 million euros, the company said.

Wind Keeper will support installation and maintenance works for Vestas across current and future offshore wind projects and undergo upgrades in Europe ahead of deployment early next year, Cadeler ( CDLR ) said.

CDLR shares were up 3% in Friday trading.
