05:38 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler ( CDLR ) said Thursday it has agreed to purchase a newly built jack-up wind turbine installation vessel from Shanghai Boqiang Heavy Industry Group.

The company will rename the Boqiang 3060 vessel Wind Keeper.

Cadeler ( CDLR ) said expects to take delivery in Q3 for a purchase price "significantly below" the vessel's projected replacement cost.

The company evaluating the vessel's positive impact on its 2025 revenue and EBITDA outlook, it said.

Cadeler ( CDLR ) shares were down 1.3% in recent premarket activity.
