Cadence Bank Gets Regulatory Clearance for Merger With FCB Financial

04:47 PM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cadence Bank ( CADE ) said Monday it received regulatory approvals to complete its planned merger with FCB Financial, the bank holding company for First Chatham Bank.

The merger is anticipated to be effective on May 1, Cadence said.
