05:14 PM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CAE (CAE.TO) on Thursday said chief financial officer Sonya Branco, will step down at the end of August after eight years in the role.

The company said chief accounting officer Constantino Malatesta, will assume Branco's duties on an interim basis. A process is underway to identify and select a permanent CFO.

CAE shares closed down $0.18 to $24.40 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
