CAE Appoints Matthew Bromberg as CEO

08:26 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CAE (CAE) said Monday it has named Matthew Bromberg as CEO and president, effective Aug. 13.

Bromberg, who succeeds Marc Parent, will join CAE on June 16 as incoming president and CEO, and work alongside Parent until the formal handover, the company said.

Bromberg has led global operations at Northrop Grumman (NOC), CAE added.

The company also said Calin Rovinescu will serve as executive chairman, and Sophie Brochu will become the lead independent director after the annual shareholder meeting.
