Caesars Entertainment Closes $275 Million Sale of LINQ Promenade

06:27 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Caesars Entertainment ( CZR ) said Thursday it has completed its $275 million sale of the LINQ Promenade to a joint venture between TPG Real Estate and Acadia Realty Trust's Investment Management Platform.

The company said it used the proceeds from the sale for a $275 million voluntary prepayment of its term loan B due 2030.
