05:35 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Caesars Entertainment ( CZR ) priced a $1.1 billion private placement of 6% senior notes due 2032 at 100% of the principal amount.

The offering expected to close around Oct. 17, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

Net proceeds will be used partly to tender, redeem or repurchase a portion of 8.125% senior notes due 2027, the company said.
