Caesars Entertainment Q1 Loss Widens, Revenue Decreases

04:24 PM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Caesars Entertainment ( CZR ) reported a Q1 net loss late Tuesday of $0.73 per diluted share, wider than a loss of $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.08.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.74 billion, down from $2.83 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.83 billion.

The company's shares were down 3.3% in after-hours activity.
