Caleres Expands Revolving Credit Facility

07:47 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Caleres ( CAL ) said Monday it has agreed to amend its credit deal to extend the maturity of its revolving credit facility to June 2030 and expand the borrowing limit by $200 million to $700 million.

The deal includes an accordion option to increase the total limit to $950 million, the company said.

The expanded credit line will support the acquisition of Stuart Weitzman, ongoing growth investments, and capital return plans, Caleres ( CAL ) said.
