07:27 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Calian Group ( CLNFF ) on Friday said it has acquired U.K.-based Mabway for up to $41 million, including $32.4 million on closing.

Mabway specialises in the management of large-scale defence role-playing environments and provides technical engineering education for naval and maritime communities. A major supplier to the British Army since 2012, Mabway has offices in the U.K., a workforce of over 1,000 ex-military and civilian permanent staff and contractors, and services across Europe and the Middle East.
