The company, which provides healthcare, communications, learning and cybersecurity solutions, said its subsidiary, Calian US, will focus on U.S. federal government and defense opportunities and be led by Leeana Smith-Ryland as president. Smith-Ryland previously headed Calian Pacific Teleport, a provider of satellite communications services.
