Calian Group Q4 Adjusted Profit Falls, Revenue Inches Higher to Hit Record

08:04 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Calian Group ( CLNFF ) on Tuesday said fourth-quarter adjusted profit fell even as revenue rose slightly.

The company, which sells communications and cybersecurity services, said adjusted profit fell 10% to $11.5 million, or $0.96 per diluted share, from $12.7 million, or $1.07 per diluted share. Revenue rose 3% to a record $181.2 million.

The company forecast fiscal 2025 revenue of between $800 million to $880 million.

Calian will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share on Dec. 23.
