05:10 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- California Resources ( CRC ) said late Wednesday it has priced a private offering of $400 million in 7% senior unsecured notes due 2034, as it gears up to fund its pending merger with Berry (BRY).

The energy and carbon management company expects to raise around $394 million in net proceeds.

The offering is expected to close on Oct. 8.
