California Resources Prices Upsized $300 Million Debt Offering, Ups Tender Offer for 2026 Notes

05:56 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- California Resources ( CRC ) said late Thursday it priced an upsized private offering of $300 million of 8.25% senior unsecured notes due June 15, 2029, at 101% of par.

The company increased the offering's size from $200 million. It expects the offering to close Aug. 22 and plans to use the net proceeds to help fund its tender offer, among other things.

Separately, California Resources ( CRC ) said it now intends to purchase up to $300 million of its 7.125% senior notes due 2026 in its cash tender offer, up from the previously planned $200 million. The offer is scheduled to expire Sept. 6.
