California Resources Receives $489 Million in Tenders for $300 Million Early Debt Repurchase Offer

07:01 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- California Resources ( CRC ) said late Wednesday it had received $488.5 million in tenders for its Aug. 8 offer to repurchase up to $300 million worth of its 7.125% senior notes due 2026.

The company has $545.5 million of the senior notes outstanding.
