California Resources to Redeem Senior Notes due 2026

05:33 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- California Resources ( CRC ) said late Tuesday it will redeem its 7.125% senior notes due 2026 in full on Oct. 10.

The move is part of the company's efforts to maintain a solid balance sheet, according to a statement.

After the redemption, there will be no 2026 notes outstanding, the company said.
