California Water Service Group's Unit Closes Acquisition of Kings Mountain Park Mutual Water

05:16 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- California Water Service Group's ( CWT ) largest unit completed the acquisition of Kings Mountain Park Mutual Water for an undisclosed price.

The California Public Utilities Commission approved the acquisition by the Cal Water unit in late 2022, the parent company said Tuesday in a statement.
