04:57 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- California Water Service Group ( CWT ) said Thursday its subsidiary, California Water Service ( CWT ), or Cal Water, has signed agreements to acquire the water utility assets of Casa Loma Water and Palm Mutual Water.

The deals are subject to customary closing conditions and approval by the California Public Utilities Commission.

Cal Water plans to file a Tier 2 Advice Letter requesting the adoption of its existing rates for the new customers, it said.

Shares of California Water Service Group were down 1.1% in after-hours trading.
