05:59 PM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Calisa Acquisition said late Tuesday it has priced its initial public offering of 6 million units at $10.00 per unit.

Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right entitling its holder to get one tenth of one share upon the completion of an initial business combination, the blank check company said.

The units will begin trading on Nasdaq Oct. 22 under the ticker under the "ALISU" ticker symbol.
