Callinex Mines Announces Name Change to Visionary Copper and Gold Mines

11:02 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Callinex Mines ( CLLXF ) on Monday said it plans to change its name to Visionary Copper and Gold Mines to better reflect the company's commitment to discovering and developing sustainable copper and gold mines across Canada.

The company anticipates its new stock symbol will be VCG. The name change remains subject to the acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Callinex shares were last seen up $0.01 to $0.70 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.70, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +1.45
