02:21 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Callinex Mines ( CLLXF ) on Tuesday said its name change to Visionary Copper and Gold Mines (VCG.V) will take effect at the start of trading on Aug. 28, on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The name change better reflects its plan to pursue its copper and gold projects, the company said.

Callinex shares are up $0.03 to $0.76 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
