Cal-Maine Foods Completes Acqusition of Echo Lake Foods

04:28 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cal-Maine Foods ( CALM ) said late Monday it completed the acquisition of Echo Lake Foods.

The company said it expects about $15 million annual synergy on egg purchasing efficiencies and SG&A savings. It also expects mid-single digit percentage accretion to EPS in FY2026.
