05:33 PM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Calumet (CLMT) and its Calumet Specialty Products Partners and Calumet Finance units said Monday that they have settled a private exchange offer of 11% senior notes due 2025.

The company gave 11% senior notes due 2026 in the exchange offer for $354.4 million principal amount of old notes.

About $9.1 million principal amount of the old notes is outstanding, according to the company.
