Calumet Specialty Products Partners Closes $200 Million Notes Offering

03:34 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Calumet Specialty Products Partners ( CLMT ) said late Tuesday it has completed a private placement of $200 million in principal amount of 9.25% senior secured first lien notes due 2029 issued at par value.

Net proceeds will be used to redeem all of the company's outstanding 9.25% senior secured first lien notes due 2024 and $50 million of 11% senior notes due 2025, the company said.
