Cambium Networks Receives Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

05:14 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cambium Networks ( CMBM ) said late Tuesday it received a delinquency notice from Nasdaq stating the company continues to be out of compliance with listing requirements due to its failure to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30.

The company said it has until Oct. 13 to file its outstanding reports, including its annual report on Form 10-K for 2024 and quarterly reports for Q1 and Q2 of 2025.

Nasdaq also requested Cambium to update its original compliance plan and file the June 30 Form 10-Q by Sept. 9, according to the company.
