Camden National Names Marie McCarthy as Board Chair

05:25 PM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Camden National ( CAC ) said late Tuesday that its board has appointed Marie McCarthy as vice chair, and designated her to take over as chair when Lawrence J. Sterrs retires at the end of the year.

Sterrs has been a director for 10 years and has held the chair role since 2017.
