08:26 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CAMP4 Therapeutics said Monday it is targeting proceeds of up to $80 million in its planned initial public offering of 5 million shares priced between $14 and $16 each.

The company said that upon completion of the IPO, it expects to have around 17.7 million shares outstanding.

CAMP4 is seeking to list its shares in the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "CAMP."
