05:34 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Campbell Soup ( CPB ) said late Tuesday it signed an agreement to sell its noosa yoghurt business to Lakeview Farms.

The selling price was not disclosed.

Campbell Soup ( CPB ) said it expects to close the transaction in Q1 2025. The deal is expected to be dilutive to earnings per share by about $0.01 in fiscal 2025, he company said.
