Camping World Closes on the Purchase of Lazydays in Surprise, Arizona

10:28 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Camping World ( CWH ) said Thursday it has closed on the asset and real estate purchase of Lazydays in Surprise, Arizona.

The company said it expects to close on additional locations in the coming weeks.

In November, Lazydays (GORV) agreed to sell seven dealerships, including real estate where applicable, and issue shares to some indirect Camping World ( CWH ) subsidiaries for a combined $65.5 million.
