04:53 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Camping World Holdings ( CWH ) said late on Monday that Brent Moody plans to retire on Dec. 31, with his resignation as president effective July 1.

The company also announced its Chief Financial Officer Karin Bell plans to retire upon filing Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, with her resignation effective July 1.

The company said it plans to appoint Matthew Wagner as president, who will continue to work as its principal operating officer.

Additionally, Tom Kirn will take on the role of CFO and will also continue to serve as the company's principal accounting officer.
