Camtek Gets Over $50 Million in Initial Orders for New Hawk Product

07:53 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Camtek ( CAMT ) said Wednesday it obtained initial orders exceeding $50 million for its Hawk platform from multiple customers, with deliveries slated for 2025.

The Hawk, targeting advanced packaging technologies like 3D wafer inspection and Hybrid Bonding, expands Camtek's ( CAMT ) market reach and will be launched at Semicon Korea in February.
