07:45 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Camtek ( CAMT ) said Friday it priced a private offering of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2030 and upsized it to $425 million from $400 million previously.

Camtek ( CAMT ) said it has granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $75 million of the notes within a 13-day period after issuance.

The offering is expected to close on Sept. 16, the company said.

The company's shares were down more than 2% in recent premarket activity Friday.
