07:50 AM EST, 11/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Goose (CTC.TO, CTC-A.TO) second-quarter profit rose on slightly lower revenue.
The luxury outerwear retailer said net income attributable to shareholders was $5.4 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, compared with $4.1 million, or $0.04 per share, last year.
Revenue fell to $267.8 million, from $281.1 million.
The company also updated its outlook for the full year ending March 31, 2025. Canada Goose is expecting total revenue growth of between a "low single digit decrease to a low single digit increase", compared with its previous guidance of "low single digit increase".
Its forecast for adjusted diluted earnings per share has been trimmed to "mid-single digit increase" from the previous "mid-teens digit increase."
