02:25 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Nickel Company ( CNIKF ) , down nearly 11% on last look, said Monday that it has raised $12 million in its private placement of 10 million units priced at $1.20 apiece.
A statement noted the offering is oversubscribed, with the underwriters intending to exercise the over-allotment option, which will raise up to an additional $3 million in proceeds. Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of C$1.80 at any time on or before that date which is 36 months after the closing date.
Proceeds will be used to advance the Crawford Nickel Sulphide Project.
The offering is scheduled to close on Dec. 11.
Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) shares are down $0.14, to $1.16, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
