05:19 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Nickel Company ( CNIKF ) after trade Monday said it is upsizing a best-efforts private placement of share units to $11 million, up from its original $8-million target due to strong investor demand.
The upsized offering will now place up to 12.94-million units priced $0.85 each and made up of a share and one half of a three-year warrant to buy a second share for $1.20.
The company plans to use proceeds to advance its Crawford Nickel Sulphide Project, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering is scheduled to close on or around June 26.
Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) shares closed unchanged at $0.86 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
