Canada Packers Advises Shareholders Not to Tender to TRC Capital's Unsolicited Offer

05:07 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Packers ( CPKRF ) after trade Friday said it has received an unsolicited mini-tender offer from TRC Capital Investment to buy up to 1 million common shares, about 3.36% of its outstanding shares, at C$15.00 per share, a price below the current market value.

The company said it cautions shareholders that the offer is 4.4% lower than the stock's closing price on Nov. 17, and emphasized that it is not affiliated with TRC or the offer.

"Canada Packers ( CPKRF ) recommends that shareholders reject TRC's below-market price mini-tender offer and do not tender their shares," the company said.
