Canada safety board to release preliminary report into Delta crash on Thursday

OTTAWA, March 19 (Reuters) - The Transportation Safety

Board of Canada will release a preliminary report into the

crash of a Delta Airlines commuter jet at Toronto's Pearson

airport on Thursday, it said on Wednesday.

The board did not give more details. The plane flipped

upside down upon landing last month during wintry conditions,

injuring 21 of the 80 people on board.
