CALGARY, July 31 (Reuters) - Canadian pipeline operator

Enbridge ( ENB ) said Friday it is indefinitely postponing its planned

250,000-bpd second phase of its Mainline crude pipeline network,

in part due to the fact Canadian oil producers have not

committed to significant output increases in spite of improving

policy conditions in that country.
