Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Plans Common Stock Repurchase

05:55 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ( CM ) said Thursday it plans to purchase for cancellation up to 20 million common shares under a normal course issuer bid.

The plan is subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval, the company said.
