Canadian National Railway Launches $750 Million Public Debt Offering

03:48 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian National Railway ( CNI ) said late Monday it is launching an offering of $750 million of 4.375% notes due 2034.

The company expects to close the public debt offering on Wednesday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
