05:11 AM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian National Railway ( CNI ) said late Thursday it launched a public offering of 500 million Canadian dollars ($365.3 million) of 3.5% notes due 2030 and CA$500 million of 4.2% notes due 2035.

The company expects the offering to close Tuesday and plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Canadian National said the offering is being made in Canada.
