Canadian Net REIT Secures Approval For Renewal of Normal Course Issuer Bid

12:51 PM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust (NET-UN.V) said Tuesday it secured approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange for the annual renewal of its normal course issuer bid.

Under the renewed NCIB, Canadian Net may buy for cancellation a maximum of 1 million units, which represents about 5% of the units in circulation.

The renewed normal course issuer bid will begin on Aug. 1 and will expire on July 31, 2025.

For its current NCIB that expires on July 31, 2024, the Trust previously sought and received approval from the TSX to repurchase up to 1 million units of Canadian Net. The Trust did not buy any units throughout this bid.
