Canadian Pacific Kansas City's Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

09:30 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Pacific Kansas City ( CP ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Wednesday of CA$0.93 ($0.68) per diluted share, compared with CA$0.90 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected CA$0.94.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was CA$3.52 billion, compared with CA$2.27 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected CA$3.53 billion.

Shares of the railroad company were 2.2% lower in premarket trading.
