10:28 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Premium Sand ( CLMPF ) said Friday that it appointed Isha Kular as CFO, effective Oct. 3.

Kular is replacing Cameron Deller, who is resigning to accept a new opportunity.

Kular returns to the company after previously serving as corporate controller between 2019 and 2020.

According to Canadian Premium Sand ( CLMPF ), Kular has over 17 years experience spanning audit, financial reporting, tax, treasury, insurance, debt, internal controls and mergers and acquisition activities for both private and public companies.
