08:16 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Solar ( CSIQ ) said Thursday it has entered into an agreement with D.R. Horton ( DHI ) to supply solar and energy storage products in California.

Canadian Solar ( CSIQ ) said it will provide a home energy battery backup solution, which includes solar panels and the EP Cube residential energy storage system, to enable homeowners in D.R. Horton ( DHI ) communities to store self-generated solar energy.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Shares of Canadian Solar ( CSIQ ) and D.R. Horton ( DHI ) were up 0.7% and 1.4% respectively in recent Thursday premarket activity.
