Canadian Utilities Increases Q1 Dividend

07:07 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Utilities ( CDUTF ) , a global energy infrastructure company, overnight Thursday declared a first quarter dividend of $0.46 per Class A non-voting and Class B common share, a 1% increase over the $0.45 paid in each of the four previous quarters.

The dividend is payable on March 1 to shareholders of record on Feb. 6.

Shares of the company closed down $0.24, or 0.7%, to $34.28 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
