07:07 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canagold Resources ( CRCUF ) on Wednesday said it has received a process order from the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office to proceed with an environmental assessment application for the New Polaris project in British Columbia.

During this phase, the company will prepare and submit its application while continuing engagement efforts with Indigenous Nations, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.

The process order comes after the BCEAO conducted a review process that included feedback from participating Indigenous Nations, the Technical Advisory Committee, Alaskan Tribes and the public through a public comment period.
