Holders of Canfor Pulp shares had the option to receive 0.0425 of a Canfor Corp ( CFPZF ) share or $0.50 in cash..

The Canfor Pulp shares are expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange as of the close of market on March 18, and Canfor Corp ( CFPZF ) intends to cause Canfor Pulp to apply for an order to cease to be a reporting issuer under applicable Canadian securities laws.

Shares of Canfor Corp ( CFPZF ) were last seen up $0.25 to $13.66 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
